Jennifer is a certified Administrator with a Master of Art in NGO management from centre for peace and social rehabilitation university of Abuja, she has over 10 years of experience in program management from assessment, project design, strategic vision, and data quality to monitoring and evaluation. Excellent community engagement, communication, report generation and IT skills as well as a clear ability to track project success while maintaining a highly motivated team. Focused expertise in conducting gender analysis, protection assessments, and strong knowledge of Gender and gender mainstreaming, SGBV, child protection, livelihood, mediation, peace building, Education, budget management and capacity building.
